Samaritans' Purse

Every July, St. John's United Methodist Church hosts a "Christmas in July" project.  It's "Operation Christmas Child" is a way for individual persons to get involved with children in another country providing special Christmas gifts.  Last year approximately 168 Christmas boxes were supplied.  To find out more about Samaritians' Purse, go to http://www.samaritanspurse.org/.
 
Crop Walk
The St. John's United Methodist Church is involved in many mission projects, including CROP - raising funds to fight "world hunger," a yearly bazaar and yard sale with all proceeds going to missions, and a Christmas Tree Lot with all proceeds going to missions.
