Ministries at St. John's United Methodist Church
The St. John's United Methodist Church is striving to be Christ's hands and feet within the Hunter Hills community. Its Nurture Team oversees many ministries for Christian nurture -- Children's Church, a youth program, a seniors' program (Prime Timers), Christian Education classes and other special events. Its Mission/Outreach Team attempts to keep the church focused on the needs of the local, national and world. SJUMC gave over $35,000 to missions in 2012.
The Evangelism and Worship Teams continue to open the worship service to the needs of visitors with the goal of all attending to receive a blessing from God.
