The Administrative Board is the administrative body of the church.  It will meet bi-monthly -- February, April, June, August, October, and if needed, December.  It will also meet as needed with 10 days' notice.  At its first meeting on the third Tuesday of February, the Board will decide the date / time of its regular meetings.  Members of the Administrative Board also make up the body of the Charge Conference of the local church.  The charge Conference is the legal body of the local congregation meeting once-a-year and as called with 10 days' notice and written permission of the District Superintendent.

The Council on Ministries is the ministry coordinating body of the church.  It is made up of the age-level personnel, on-going church ministries' personnel, Worship, Mission/Outreach personnel, and evangelism personnel.  It will meet Bi-monthly -- January, March, May, July, September, and November, and as needed.  COM members / Chars of Committees are members of the Administrative Board.  The COM will present to the Administrative Board a report and any ncessary motions needed for administration. 

For immediate actions required, the Executive Committee shall act on behalf of the Administrative Board (Administrative Board Chair, Co-Lay Leaders, Finance Chairperson, and Recording Secretary, with the pastor as a non-voting ex officio member).
